Canoe Cove Honey
 
Blueberry Honey is produced in the blueberry fields while our bees are pollinating low bush blueberries (also known as wild blueberries) in June. 
 
 
This very special honey has a mild and distinctive flavour and is rare due to the short flowering time of blueberries and the unpredictable weather.
 
 
All of our honey is all-natural and unpasteurized which means it brings with it all its natural goodness. Unpasteurized honey is rich in vitamins and antioxidants, contains natural probiotics and is a source of valuable enzymes.
