It will take us 1-3 business days to prepare your order for shipping or delivery. We ship from Ottawa, Ontario. Generally, orders will arrive within seven days in most regions of Canada (depending on the time of year and weather conditions).

We usually use Canada Post to ship all of our orders, which are all Expedited Parcel.

Yes we do, the system should allow you to ship to anywhere in the world. If for some reasons it does not let you, contact us and we will try to solve this issue with you.
