It will take us 1-3 business days to prepare your order for shipping or delivery. We ship from Ottawa, Ontario. Generally, orders will arrive within seven days in most regions of Canada (depending on the time of year and weather conditions). Our system will send you an automatic e-mail when we process or have shipped your order.

We usually use Canada Post to ship all of our orders, which are all Expedited Parcel.

Yes we do, the system should allow you to ship to anywhere in the world. If for some reasons it does not let you, contact us and we will try to solve this issue with you.

We are currently based in Montreal, Quebec. All orders will be shipped from this city.(ps. Our physical store was based in Moncton New Brunswick back in the day!)

Of course! We can customize our gifts any way you would like them to be. Whether you would like a personal message included in the order, or switch out/add some products in our pre-made gift boxes. We are always available to chat (for free) when you need it.

We used to have a physical store, but we now operate 100% online. That means we don't have a physical place (at the moment).

Our gift boxes (as well as regular parcel boxes) are 10 x 10 x 4 inches, but we various sizes available. Our lowest at the moment is 6 x 4 x 4 inches.
